01No KYC, no identity verification

QuiKash is a non-KYC casino. The same way several crypto-native, non-custodial exchanges (Bisq, Hodl Hodl, RoboSats and others) operate without identity verification, QuiKash does not perform Know-Your-Customer checks on its players. There is no document upload, no selfie, no proof-of-address, no phone-number verification, no banking link.

What we do NOT collect. Legal name, government ID, passport or driver's license, date of birth (only an age self-attestation), home address, phone number, bank account, tax ID, biometric data.

What we DO collect. A chosen username, one working email address (used only for password recovery and security notifications, stored hashed where possible), a password (stored as a bcrypt hash, we cannot read it), the crypto wallet addresses you deposit from and withdraw to, and the play-history needed to operate the casino (bets, balances, sessions).

Your responsibility. Because we do not verify your identity, the burden of compliance falls on you. By creating an account you self-attest, under your own legal responsibility, that:

1. You are of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (18, 19 or 21, whichever is higher).
2. Online casino play is legal where you reside, and your jurisdiction is not on our geo-block list.
3. The funds you deposit are legally yours, lawfully obtained, and not the proceeds of any crime, sanctions evasion, or third-party theft.
4. You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes that apply to your winnings in your country.
5. You are not on any sanctions list (OFAC SDN, EU consolidated, UK OFSI or equivalent).

Knowingly false self-attestation is a breach of these Terms and may void your balance.

02Who can play

You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (18, 19 or 21, whichever is higher) to use QuiKash. If online casinos are prohibited where you reside, you may not use the service. We enforce a geo-IP block on restricted jurisdictions; routing around it with a VPN to play from a blocked region is grounds for account termination and forfeiture of any open bets in dispute.

You must have the legal capacity to enter contracts. Accounts may not be opened on behalf of a company, a bot, a minor, or a shared group. QuiKash accounts are for individual natural persons.

03Your account

One person, one account. Sharing, selling, buying or transferring accounts is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the balance. Your account credentials (username, email, password and 2FA if enabled) are entirely your responsibility.

• Provide a working email at sign-up and keep it current. Because we do not collect government ID, your email is the only recovery channel, if you lose access to it, we cannot reliably restore your account.
• Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. We cannot read or recover your password. If you lose it we can trigger a reset to your registered email; if you also lose the email, the account is effectively gone.
• 2FA is strongly recommended on any account holding more than a trivial balance. Once enabled it cannot be removed without going through email-based recovery.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Log out on shared devices.
• If we have reason to suspect unauthorized use of your account (unusual login country, abrupt change in play pattern, withdrawal request to a brand-new address), we may freeze it and notify you by email before any further action.

04How games work

Every game on QuiKash is server-authoritative. Outcomes are decided by our server, not by your browser. Random numbers are generated server-side and are never exposed in a form that allows prediction. The client only renders the result.

We publish the house edge on every casino game along with the applicable RTP range. There are no hidden multipliers and no adaptive paytables. Versus games (PvP: Rock Paper Scissors, Pong, Battleship) take a 1% tax on winnings to fund matchmaking, with no house edge on the game itself.

If the server logs disagree with what you saw on screen, the server logs are authoritative. This rule applies to all dispute resolution.

05Deposits & withdrawals

QuiKash is crypto-only. Deposits and withdrawals go through the supported blockchains (BTC, ETH, SOL, LTC, BNB and selected stablecoins). Amounts are quoted in USD using a live price feed; the final balance credit happens when the transaction reaches the required number of network confirmations (typically minutes; Bitcoin can take longer).

Fees. Network fees (gas, miner fees) are charged by the blockchain and paid by you. QuiKash does not add its own deposit or withdrawal fee.

Processing time. Deposits credit once network confirmations clear. Withdrawals are queued for admin review and typically pay out within 24 hours; review time can extend if a withdrawal triggers any of the screens described in §06.

Withdrawal-address binding. By default you may only withdraw to addresses you have previously deposited from on the same chain. To withdraw to a new address you must sign a short message with the private key of that address (proof-of-control). This is how a non-KYC casino prevents an attacker who steals your account password from also stealing your balance, without ever seeing your face or ID.

Use only wallets that belong to you. Funds arriving from a wallet that is not yours, or from a wallet that fails the screens in §06, may be held, reversed, or returned to the originating address.

06Source of funds & sanctions

Operating without KYC does not mean operating without standards. We screen deposits at the address level, not at the identity level, a posture similar to that of major non-KYC exchanges and self-custodial trading venues.

What we screen. Incoming deposits are checked against:

1. Public sanctions lists (OFAC SDN, EU consolidated, UK OFSI and equivalents).
2. Direct exposure to known major thefts, ransomware payouts, darknet markets, or addresses associated with sanctioned mixers.
3. Structuring or layering patterns intended to disguise origin.

What happens on a hit. A flagged deposit is not credited. Where technically possible, the funds are returned to the originating address. Where the originating address is itself sanctioned and a return is unsafe or unlawful, the funds are quarantined pending guidance from the relevant authority, they are not retained as casino revenue.

Withdrawal screens. Withdrawals to sanctioned destination addresses are refused. The withdrawal is reversed back to your in-casino balance and you are asked to nominate a different address (subject to the binding rules in §05).

Legal orders. When served with a valid legal order from a competent jurisdiction, we will comply with the minimum scope required. Outside of such orders, we do not voluntarily share player data with third parties, including with other casinos, marketing networks, or ad-tech.

Players remain solely responsible for AML/CFT compliance in their own jurisdiction. The screens above are operational hygiene, not a substitute for the legal duties you owe wherever you reside.

07Promotions & bonuses

QuiKash offers a limited set of promotions: a 5% first-deposit bonus, a daily reward, versus tax-free credit, and occasional events. Detailed rules are in the Bonus Policy.

Promotions are one per person, cannot be stacked, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Because we do not perform KYC, multi-account bonus abuse is detected at the wallet, IP and behavioral level, confirmed abuse voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account closure.

08Anti-fraud & responsible play

We run automated checks on play patterns, IPs, wallet history and other on-chain signals for fraud-detection purposes only. If something looks anomalous, we may freeze the account and contact you by email before any further action.

Responsible gaming. Casino games are entertainment, not income. From your profile you can set deposit limits, session limits, or self-exclude for a fixed period or permanently. Self-exclusion is binding; it cannot be reversed early, including on request.

A note on self-exclusion under non-KYC. Because we do not verify identity, self-exclusion is enforced on the username + email + known wallet addresses you have used. If you intentionally re-sign-up with a new email and new wallet to circumvent your own self-exclusion, that is on you, not on us; please do not do it. If you genuinely need a hard wall, third-party tools such as Gamban or BetBlocker work at the device/network level and survive any account workaround.

Resources for gambling-related support include GamCare (UK), Gambling Therapy (international), and equivalent local organizations. Support staff can also assist with self-exclusion if the profile UI is not working for you.

09Prohibited behavior

The following are prohibited:

1. Running bots, scripts, or any other automation against the Service.
2. Exploiting bugs, race conditions, or undocumented API behavior. Reports of genuine bugs to support may qualify for a reward.
3. Creating more than one account, or asking someone else to create one on your behalf.
4. Colluding with other players in versus games (sharing results, dumping, and similar).
5. Abusing promotions through coordinated signups, address re-use across accounts, or any other form of bonus hunting outside the intended use.
6. Harassing other players, support staff, or anyone else on the platform. No slurs, threats, or doxxing.
7. Using QuiKash to launder money, evade sanctions, or knowingly deposit funds derived from theft, ransomware or other crime. We do not perform KYC, but we do screen on-chain provenance, see §06.
8. Misrepresenting your jurisdiction to defeat the geo-block.

Minor infractions result in a warning. Serious infractions (fraud, collusion, sanctions evasion, knowingly illicit funds) result in a permanent ban; balances obtained through such conduct are forfeit and, where required by valid legal process, may be reported to the relevant authorities.

10Account closure

You can close your account at any time from your profile. Closure is near-immediate. Your balance is paid out to a verified withdrawal address (subject to §05 and §06), your data is scheduled for deletion (subject to the retention rules in the Privacy Policy), and your username is locked from reuse for a cool-off period.

We may also close your account, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms. In fraud-related closures, we may retain the balance to cover disputed amounts. Otherwise, your real-cash balance remains withdrawable to the address(es) you have already used with the account.

11Dormant accounts

If you do not log in for 12 months, the account is flagged as dormant and you will receive an email. After 24 months of inactivity, we may close it and convert any unclaimed balance into a house account. We attempt to contact you before that occurs. A reply or a login resets the clock. Because we have no other contact channel for you (no phone, no postal address), it is your responsibility to keep your registered email reachable.

12Changes to the service

QuiKash is a live product. Games are added and retired, odds are adjusted, and these terms are updated as the platform changes. Material changes (anything affecting your money, your privacy, or your rights, including any future change to the non-KYC posture) are posted at least 14 days before they take effect and flagged on your profile at next login. Non-material changes (typos, URL updates, clarifications) take effect immediately, and the "last updated" date at the top of this page is revised.

13Limitation of liability

QuiKash is provided as-is. We do not guarantee zero downtime, zero bugs, or zero network outages. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amount you have deposited in the last 30 days. We are not liable for lost "potential winnings", emotional distress, or losses caused by your ISP, device, wallet provider, or upstream blockchain network.

If a game fails mid-round, we will either replay the round at the original bet or refund the wager. Payouts that only exist as a result of a bug are not honored.

14Intellectual property

The QuiKash brand, site design, original games, code, and artwork are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the site as a player. You may not copy, clone, scrape, or use this material to build a competing casino.

15Disputes & resolution

If something goes wrong, contact us first. Open a support ticket. Tickets are read by staff. Most issues are resolved within 24 to 48 hours.

For bet-level disputes, the server log is the authoritative record. For deposit-screening disputes, the on-chain transaction hash and the screening signal are authoritative. The relevant log lines or analytics output can be shared with you on request when they help explain the outcome.

16Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where QuiKash is operated and, where applicable, licensed. Stronger local consumer-protection rules continue to apply where they exist; nothing in this document attempts to waive them.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the remainder continues in force. The non-KYC posture, the on-chain screening described in §06, and the wagering character of the service are all material terms; if any of them is rendered unenforceable for you specifically, the appropriate remedy is for you to discontinue use and withdraw your balance, not to claim damages.
